Making Payment at the Time of Booking

  • After scheduling the appointment, proceed to the Payment Page.
  • Receive a confirmation email or text with appointment details.

Clinic Intake Form and Questionnaires

  • After booking, you may receive a text or email with a link to complete validated questionnaires, depending on your specific clinical scenario.
  • Complete these forms before your appointment to provide important information about the child’s medical history, symptoms, and developmental concerns.
  • These forms are essential for the paediatrician to make an accurate assessment.

Submit any previous assessment reports or letters from the school

  • You can submit any previous assessment report at the time of booking, completing the intake form or later
  •  You are encouraged to upload up to 3 small videos, max 1 min length about your child’s behaviour in their natural settings, such as while playing at the time of outbursts, any tics, any seizures etc.
  • For any skin rash, you are also encouraged to upload the picture of the area of concern.

Conducting the Telehealth Interview

On the day of the Telehealth appointment:

  • Ensure your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) is ready with a stable internet connection.
  • Log in to the Telehealth portal using the link provided in the confirmation email or text.
  • Conduct the video consultation with the paediatrician or allied health professional at the scheduled time.
  • Discuss the child’s symptoms, history, and concerns during the interview. Your paediatrician may require obtaining further information from school; therefore, teacher’s email is quite crucial.

Follow-Up and Monitoring

After the appointment:

  • You may be required to arrange follow-up appointment yourself depending on time and duration required.
  • You may receive more validated questionnaires or monitoring form for ongoing assessment and monitoring of the child’s condition.
  • You may also be referred to other allied health professionals for further assessment and you may arrange the booking yourself.
  • The paediatrician will provide recommendations for treatment, further appointments, or referrals to allied health professionals if necessary.
